Bending iphones rare cases?

Ok so I had a customer with a bad shattered screen and a bent casing on his iphone 5 and that ***** was HARD to bend back it is not some that you just grab with your fingers and bend back.....a pair of good pliers and a lot of effort and I was able to get it decent but there is NO WAY that the aluminum casing is just gonna get bent easily...you have to put in some work or be a careless mofo to have it bend.
