imac 21.5 inch fusion drive

Thinking about getting the new 21.5 inch imac after christmas. I see the basic model is 1099 however is there really much difference between that one and the next one up (priced at 1249) I noticed the 21.5 1249 has a better processor, same memory, slightly better video card (not sure how much better, anyone know?)

Another question is the fusion drive worth the extra 200 when all I'd be really using it for is internet, watching films/tv shows on, music, possibly football manager. (not all at the same time!)
