Can not delete movies on both iPhone and Mac two frustrating problems.

When I tried to delete a show from iTunes on my Mac all the episoded deleted except one and no matter how many times I "right click" and go to delete it just will not go, and if I try to play it it will not start because the original file WAS deleted. I can not even redownload it again because iTunes shows it as available. What am I supposed to do?

The other problem is with my iPhone, while I was downloading a movie I canceled it but it does shows as downloaded and if I go to "Watch" it will not play and say I do not have permission. Right slide to delete doesnt work in both iTunes and "Videos" neither does syncing with iTunes on Mac.

I really do not fancy the idea of formating both my Mac and iPhone ;/
