iPod touch Video to new Ipod touch..??

Hey guys..

could u tell me how to transfer music videos to the new ipod touch.. i mean since the new Itunes everything changed before was enough dragging the video to the ipod icon now i have no idea how to do it..

could u also tell me how to add new playlist without deleting everything
