Imovie and ML

Hi guys I wanted to purchase IMovie how ever , I see lots of bad reviews about it and people saying its crashing etc.

is there any feed back from this site ?

is it really bad or is it mostly ok ?

if not imovie is there another option i can use ?

I use iMovie occasionally when I need to do something real quick and have never had an issue with it. I have never tried it for anything complicated as I have Adobe's CS6 Suite. You will always read about issues on the forums as this is a good place to look for solutions to problems. If it's working, people will generally not post.
