Looking for camcorder with HDMI for live streaming

I am looking for a camcorder (price range 400-500euro) to use for live streaming through Ustream.

I have a soundmixer on the firewire port so I will purchase a Black Magic Intensity Extreme and use the HDMI in port for the video stream.

So I am looking for a camcorder with a HDMI out to stream the video into the laptop.

Does anyone have a suggestion. I was thinking Canon Legria or Sony.

The tape based Canon Vixia HV20,30, and 40 could stream HD over firewire.
