iTunes 11 Sorting Apps. Please help

Hello,

Without iPhone connected, I go to Apps under Library. It shows the following options: All, iPhone/iPod touch, iPad, iPod Games and List. But "List" allows sorting by date, size, etc. How do I sort the apps in other views, such as All for example? I am a visual person. It is a lot easier for me to remember which apps I would like to delete by looking at the icon vs. reading the name of each app.

I used to be able to do this before upgrading to iTunes 11? Did they take it out?
