Uploading pics to forum

Anyone know why sometimes when I upload pics to the forum, they show up upside down?

Also, I can only upload from my ipad. Nothing happens when I try from mini or iPhone...?? Any ideas why that is?

try to import images directly using a tiny pic source code -- works for me every time on all of my iOS devices, including my iPhones.
