Try BH Photo Store in NY and ONLINE for the best prices/bundles ect.

I would not purchase it while IN NY though because you will pay the sales tax. Do it from home through their website to avoid the sales tax and also see a further price reduction if you are buying software with it, as compared to another retailer, or Apple Care

You won't find one anywhere, except Apple.com, with 16 gb of Ram

May not find a physical one AT A STORE but can be ordered

Should be able to. I was out Christmas shopping Tuesday (Dec 11th) and saw the new 21.5 iMacs in the Apple store. I will admit they do look cool, but I miss the Superdrive and the SD card slot being on the side of the monitor.
