App that let's me download videos and put them on repeat?

I used to have this app when I didn't have my computer up and running, but then when it was fixed, I got rid of it.

Problem is, I don't remember the name of it. I do know you could out the videos into playlists, set all videos in a playlist to repeat, or just one video, and it was a free app (with an option to purchase the full version I think).

I've tried several of the apps I see in my 'purchased' page, but none of them seem right.
