Can unlocked iPhone 5 be used with simple mobile, straight talk or something similar?

I was wondering if an unlocked iPhone 5 could be used with simple mobile,straight talk or something similar? please help!!

I bought an unlocked iPhone 5 and been using Straight Talk with no issues. You can get the $45 unlimited plan+Sim Kit (You get to choose between ATT or T-mobile) from Walmart for about $60. Just make sure you have the right tool to cut the SIM into a nano one.

Data won't work immediately after you pop in your sim. Please follow the instructions provided in the following link:

Straight talk, simple mobile, Tmobile, h2o, red pocket, prepaid AT&T or any gsm carrier in the world.

If you choose an ATT SIM card from Straight Talk, you don't need an unlocked iPhone from ATT, since they're using ATT's network.
