iPhone 3GS baseband corrupt

Before you say, oh ur not suppose to update to ipad baseband if ur iphone is made after 2011 rarwrarwrarrw
well my iphone is made in year 2010 new bootrom
now after installing my ipad baseband it worked for 1 month and after that it stoped, usual symtoms such as greyed out wifi, no imei buetooth etc.
after installing 5.0.1 stock :<
tried reinstalling and downgradeing the baseband, but it never worked,
went to many repair stores and many people couldn't fix it. but 1 guy said to try to update to 6.1, maybe it could reflash the baseband, but for some odd reason it stoped after like 75% and gave me the -1 error after attempting to restore.
heres what happend when i tryed to restore to 6.1 (hopefully its this one; its not the whole log but its at the end)

I do not know whether the problem still exists, but for anyone else having similar problem.

I had a 3GS with restores getting stuck up and do not update and stuff. I had to replace the battery first, charge for few hours and then restore completely using Redsn0w with ipsw.

iTunes always gave error, but redsnow fixed the phone. When the baseband part comes, you get a different error, if you had iPad baseband, but you take the phone out of recovery using Tinyumbrella, and when the phone starts, use Redsn0w again, to downgrade the baseband.

Hope it helps someone.
