Well, it takes me about 6 hours on my dual 1ghz powermac to do about 2 untis (1 per processor). You can download the client (either Command line (in OSX) or the graphical version (for OS9 or OSX) from :

However, if you want more detailed suggestion I would look at :

They have good instructions. Once installed, just go to the Macrumors team page + click join:
