Question on getting started with HDR
So I want to start trying some HDR photography. I get the basics of HDR, what it is, how it works and how to bracket shots on my camera. My next question is software.
I'm not looking to spend a ton (or preferably any) money on new software for HDR photos just yet (as I'm not sure if it's something I'll be doing frequently), so as of right now I'm wondering what workable solutions can be found at little or no cost. My current workflow is typically Aperture only, but I do have and occasionally use Photoshop CS5 when Aperture isn't quite good enough for what I'm doing. Are there ways of doing HDR in just Aperture and/or Photoshop, and if not, what additional software would you recommend? EDIT: Well I've been doing a bit of reading on my own, and I've started using the HDR Pro automater in Photoshop. Certainly going to take some learning to get it right, but it's a start.
