Hotspot

Hi guys
I have iPhone 4S running on iOS 6,it is locked to vodafone and I'm using a R-sim5+ to unlock it does any one know how to work the hotspot with it I keep getting a icon saying go to the vodafone web page to set up hotspot on your account.as I am not using a vodafone sim is there anyway I can get it working???

Sorry but if it's locked theres nothing you can do about it. You have to go through Vodafone.

can I jailbreak 4s on ios6.
If you know of anywhere that can jailbreak iOS 6 would be very grateful for any links that points me there .. Many thanks in advance
