IPOD 4th gen Car Dock Recommendations

I have my car dock hooked up to a Nakamichi pre through aux, i used my iPHONE 4 to play all my songs & in addition i used the headphones for voice command song search,pause play etc.... now i have a IPOD 4 but with that the PROBLEM is the headphone jack is at the bottom so i cant connect my headphones while the ipod is docked....so i needed recommendations on an ipod car dock whose design would allow me to use my headphones for ipod 4
