(Chrome 25) Download progress bar won't go away

For whatever downloads made through Chrome, there is always a progress bar in the download folder stack. The file is in fact completely downloaded, as it can be accessed from within the download folder itself. Has anyone seen this?

I saw something similar: the progress bar under the stack itself (not under the downloaded file) did not go away after a download finished, even after I removed the file from the stack. It may be related.

Logging out and back in fixed it.
