Mac mini 2012 i5 2.5GHz temps

Late 2012 i5 2.5Ghz Mac Mini

could anyone please give me a quick temp of the platform controller hub at idle ?
also what would be the max it should go to ?

(used app called temperature monitor to find the temps of the controller hub)
If someone would be so kind to install it and have a look
wont take a minute <3

ALSO ON iSTAT its PCH PROXIMITY temp

i cant seem to find any info on it anywhere

ALSO another quick question

When putting back the heatsink onto the cpu and platform controller hub i dont think the heatsink actually touches the chip like its supposed to
wondering if anyone can confirm this

I doubt many people would of had a tinker but i always like to reapply the thermal paste because no company does a good job of it

my idle temp is around 39oC
but you cant see the pch temp with that version of istat

could you install temperature monitor and do another ss?
