Hey folks,

I picked up an iphone 5 at a verizon store last week, and decided to return it this week. When I stopped by the store the guy said they have a no return policy for iphones, just for iphones. I've returned a couple iPhones bought from apple before that were verizon phones. I can't find anything online to confirm this anomaly. Does anyone else have experience with this? It seems impossible.

Thanks

That's what I assumed. I'm fine with a restocking fee. It's a beMobile verizon store in a small town. I'm not seeing anything online from verizon that would indicate anything less than a 14 day return window.

Yea third party can do different things but you should be aloud to return/reverse your upgrade within the 14days I'd call and complain with Verizon
