Does installing BootCamp lose data?

Running Snow Leopard, wanted to install XP as well so I can run an online game. But will installing BootCamp delete the current Snow Leopard partition and data?

No, you can use OS X and Windows on the same computer.

Bootcamp can also remove the windows partition.
