Strange outline on desktop jpegs

cdwellr macrumors newbie Join Date: Dec 2012	Strange outline on desktop jpegs Has anyone seen this? Logged on earlier today and desktop photo icons had this black outline around it. Only happening on one particular user. Running OS 10.6.8. Any help on how to get rid of them greatly appreciated! Attached Thumbnails
