If I have less than 128 GB on the FusionDrive?

If all data I have makes out less than 128 GB (including the OS), will everything then run of the SSD, and nothing of the HDD?

Noone knows. Its been proven that in the short term there appears to be no movement from SSD to HDD if its under 120Gb. It hasnt been conclusively proven that in the long term that if you stay under 120Gb then you will nver ever use the hard drive.

Whilst it hasnt been proven though, it certainly SEEMS that is the case.

It sure seems so. You can check it by going into Terminal and typing diskutil
