Unison extraction problem

Hi, i have been using unison to download from usenet. After downloading i then have to manually extract all of the zip folders, which then creates sub folders of the extracted file with the data inside. I then have to create another folder and drag and drop every single file to extract the full data. I am unable to just click on one file and then it will extract them all for me. Is there any other type of software that can do this for me?
