rMBP + Skype sound?

Hey guys,
I have a rMBP 15" and now whenever I am Skyping someone the volume is incredibly quiet even though I have the speakers turned up high. It is not a problem with my speakers as I have played iTunes and it is incredibly high, similar I have played YouTube videos which are very loud. It is just when I Skype with someone the volume is so low. Has anyone else had this problem? How can I fix it?

You should use headphones/earphones with a microphone for that.
