Change name that shows while using Facetime (iPod 5)?

Setting up a new iPod 5 and can't seem to get my name to show when I Facetime friends. I setup a new, unique email for this device to use for Facetime and iMessages.

When I Facetime someone, the email address comes up. Is there any way to change it so my name shows up instead?

My email shows even when I Facetime someone with me as a contact (with my email listed for my contact). I would of thought my name would definitely show up at least for people that have me (and my email) listed as a contact.

How can I have my name show up when Facetiming someone instead of my email?
