Why won't it show my warranty/support coverage?
Hi, I bought my macbook air today. So I went to apple and clicked the 'check your service and support coverage' link. When I enter my serial number it says it shows me that it is linked to the macbook air, but it gives me an error and says I need to prove my purchase. On my 13 retina that didn't happen, it just showed me everything well. But I went through anyway and attached a PDF and JPEG file, but it said it can't accept them because they are not PDF or JPEG files, but they are! I am getting really worried hear. Shouldn't it show me the options automatically like it did with my 13 retina?
