OEM lightning cable saying charging not supported.

Does anybody know why this is happening for a cable and phone so soon?

Basically I'm occasionally getting the yellow exclaimation mark that claims that there's no charging supported by this accessory.

This happens to me sometimes on my iPad with the OEM cable. Just ignore it. It will still charge.

It usually happens when I plug it into my laptop when it is shut off or something. I guess the voltage isn't enough for it to charge fast enough.
