[All iPads] OCR for mac

I have a form that I need OCR and then fill it out on my iPad.
And also get addresses off of the paperwork that I have and plan the most cost effective route. How do I do that?

1. This is the iPad section.
2. You probably want to change it from 'Resolved' otherwise you may not get many views.
3. You may try posting it under Mac OS X instead as the peeps there should be able to assist you better.
