Display settings switcher?

Hi guys,

I just got a 27 inch monitor for christmas to use with my mbp, I also have my 360 plugged in.

What I'd like to be able to do is quickly switch my main display between the external and notebook monitor, so I can easily use the macbook whilst using the xbox.

Currently I either have to switch the monitor back to the mac, then go to system prefs and do it there, or I can unplug the monitor but that messes up all my windows and is a little inconvenient.

Anyone know of a tool I can use maybe with a button on the secondary monitor that I can press to easily switch?
