"Mail" - How to set default account?

I have two email accounts set up in Mail. All is working just fine except one thing. Is it possible to set the default for which account is chosen when I send a new email? I want it to be the reverse of what it is now.

With the Mail app open:

Menu bar -> Mail -> Preferences -> Composing -> use the drop down menu to change the default account.
