Oppo Finder Question

I know this is an Apple forum but I was curious to know if anyone here would know if one of those Oppo Finder smartphones would be able to work with AT&T of if it was mainly for Verizon or other carriers. Also if it is able to work with AT&T where could I purchase a non-counterfit unit. Or something unlocked so it could work with a AT&T?
