late 2012 imac "This shipment is warehoused until it is released by Clearing Agency."

The 27" imac I ordered a few weeks ago finally shipped yesterday,
(and I know i'm very lucky for that, knowing a lot of people are still waiting)
but suddenly I got and "Exception" on the header of the tracking page
and says "This shipment is warehoused until it is released by Clearing Agency."
Has anyone else experienced this?
If so, how long does it usually take to clear?

Either waiting for a customs clearance or for the courier company to release the import charges. Should take about 24 hours normally.
