Tweetdeck Dead?

Tweetdeck was bought by Twitter a while ago. Since then it seems that they are not actively developing the Tweetdeck client for Mac anymore. When you go to the tweetdeck site the downloads listed are "XP or later" and "MAC OS X 10.6". Note the absence of "...or later".
Version 2.1.0 does not work on my ML MBP.
Is this old news?
I am concerned, because an inordinate amount of the people in my workplace depend on Tweetdeck. I am about to update everyone from SL or Lion to ML. This is literally a deal killer. We can't update if we lose Tweetdeck!
I would not be surprised if they did kill the Mac client. At one of my former jobs at a dot com (can't say which, NDA) we killed off our Mac client and Linux client to focus more resources on the Windows enterprise market. Not my decision of course!

2.1.0 works under ML here. You can also try the Chrome version, or if none of those work HootSuite is a good substitute.
