I just upgraded to a macbook Pro from my old iMac and I'm trying to use my Iomega external hard drive to transfer my files to the new computer. The files loaded onto the drive from the iMac using Time Machine without any problems. However, when I try to transfer the files from the iomega to the macbook Pro it says I do not have permission.
Under Info it says that privileges are set to read and write and the drive is formatted to HFS+ so I'm not sure why it's giving me this error =/

Thank you in advance for any help..!

Ah! Never mind, I figured it out after a little fiddling. In the Iomega info I had all of the permissions set to read and write, but I had to actually add admin to the list and change from read only, to read and write.
