[iPad] Ipad restore and iTunes

I bought a new ipad and I backed up my old one restored my new one. Only about 10% of my apps were restored to the new one. My settings and passwords are there,
Can someone help?

Apps need to be manually selected in iTunes to be put back on. A backup doesn't copy those unless you specifically tell iTunes to sync your Apps. Either way, they're still in the App Store for you to download again at no charge if you're still using the same Apple ID.

Where do I tell iTunes to sync my apps that are on the ipad?
