I just noticed that if you delete a contact or change their number/email, and you go to type their name in the New Message box, it will still show you their old information.
I looked around online and it's apparently a "feature" to prevent you from losing contact information should you accidentally delete it. However, it would be nice if there were a way to clear this cache.
There is a five-page thread on the Apple discussion forums about this and I really really hope this is fixed soon. The more people that send feedback to Apple, the better. It's extremely frustrating.
