How to rip subtitles in handbrake

I have several movies, such as the Star Wars movies and X-men: First Class, where there are subtitles for scenes with other languages. However, when I rip them, there are no subtitles at all, and if I try to add subtitles, they are for the whole movie. Can I rip subtitles for just the parts where they are speaking another language?

Should be an option for "forced subtitles".
