Price Advice: iMac 3.6 Ghz 27"

Im making this thread for my friend. Im not selling it on here but he has a few interests locally. Its a 2010 iMac, 3.6 GHz Core i5 dual core processor. A 27' inch screen with 4 GB Ram, 1 TB hard drive and Applecare until the summer. He's including the wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. It has no cosmetic damage. He was wondering if $1200 was a good price or if it is too low. My opinion is whoever buys is getting a very good deal. He doesn't have a Macrumors account and asked me to get some of your opinions.
