iFlicks settings?

Im using the trial version of iFLicks and im working my way through my video library getting all the artwork etc.

I guess ive got my iFlicks settings wrong because although iFlicks is putting all my converted movies with artwork into iTunes, they aren't also being placed in my iFLicks folder. They do appear in the iFlicks folder whilst the conversion is in progress, but then most of them have disappeared. I was wanting to replace the original files in Finder with the converted iFlicks files.

I thought I had my settings to place the converted files into both my iFlicks folder & iTunes. Do I need to change my settings? Heres a screenshot of my iFlicks page..
