Open Image Capture (located in Applications/Utilities), select your SD card (or an intermediary folder on your hard drive), click Import All (if you want them all, otherwise check the checkboxes of the ones that you DO want and click Import). When the process is complete, copy the intermediary folder if you made one to your SD card. If you told Image Capture to copy them directly to your SD card then you are finished.
