Contact them. I've ordered many things from MacMall over the years. Never had a problem. They are not a scam site.

First off MacMall is legit. You may need to call them and get a status on your order. I've had that happen with another company where I bought some tools and it took a few days for the order to appear on my account. Some online retailers won't post an order until it's been processed and the money was cleared.

if this was true you would have simply indicated you couldn't get order status at MacMall.

Your thread title is clearly accusatory.

I shopped in their store and had my macs repaired there long before the apple store ever existed.

MacMall is a perfectly legit store that has been around for a long time.
