[iPhone] iMessage and FaceTime not working

I've searched online and the forums and haven't found anything that's helped me. I'm running iPhone 4 iOS 5.1.1 with an Absinthe JB. In the last month my iMessage and FaceTime have stopped working.

The weird thing is that Messages and FaceTime don't appear in settings anymore. I checked restrictions and they aren't turned on(FaceTime is listed there).

Anyone have any recommendations?

FYI for anyone that comes across this. I was able to get it fixed by resetting my settings. After some setup time I realized that messages doesn't show in settings if you hide the messages app using springtomize. Pretty sure FaceTime is the same with a hidden camera app but haven't tested that yet.
