Combining Aperture libraries

I'm in the slow process of moving over my stuff to my nMP. I've run into a bump. I have two aperture libraries. (one on my iMac the other on my MBP) I managed to move the iMac's over but I want to move and combine the files on my MBP. What is the best way to do this?
Thanks.
