Real World Application: How Much Better is the Camera 4 > 4S > 5?

Those that use the camera (along with possibly various photo applications) is there a distinct quality upgrade from the iPhone4 to the 4S, to the iP5?

I know on paper the stats show better hardware with each generation, but what is your experience?
Vast improvements or mild, at best?

4 to 4S is substantial. It's better in every aspect.

5 is better than 4S in low light photography.

I saw much improvement in the rear camera from 4 to 4s, haven't really payed around too much with the 5 yet to look for big quality differences. But the front camera on the 5 is miles ahead of the 4/4s.

4 has an fine camera.

4S brought better resolution for both still images (8MP) and video (1080p)

5 brings much better low light sensitivity (up to ISO3200 vs 800 on the 4S) and a much better front facing camera.

Exactly what I was looking for.
I like the comparison of the iPhone5's screen with the 4S and see it is more vibrant, thus allowing one to conclude the photo taken is much more so and that is actually not true.

I'd conclude there is a marked difference in quality between the camera's ability with the iPhone 4 to the 4S and a much smaller overall quality difference between the 4S and the iP5.

The 5 is only better at low light than 4S
