When an iPod becomes a HDD...

I was stupid enough to restore my iPod through Windows Explorer. Now both Windows and Mac recognize it as an external hard disk drive only, and it is not showing in iTunes. Any tips?

lol, what ipod version do you have? maybe you could set it to DFU mode and restore it via itunes?
