Recording voice over PDF?

I was wondering if there were any apps that allow voice recordings over imported pdf files. Classes I take supply pdf lecture slides, and I'd like to record the actual lecture over the slides as the professor goes through them. Any ideas? I've seen lots of suggestions for notes and voice recordings, but nothing specifically for imported pdf files with the VoiceOver feature.

Notability has a nifty feature for recording. If you take some text notes on top of the PDF while recording, you can use that text as instant bookmarks to jump to the part of the recording that was recorded when you wrote that piece of text
