Value of 2012 MacBook Pro?

2.6ghz i7 ivy bridge
8gb ram 1600mhz
Nvidia 650m 1024mb
750gb 5400rpm drive
Good condition except for a few small scratches on underside
Extended AppleCare good through June 2015

Mac2sell says it's worth $1,900 - but I don't really believe it's that high.

I recently purchased the cMBP in my signature for $1500 - It has the upgraded processor, high-res AG screen, had 1TB HD (I replaced it), AppleCare until July 2015. Several small scratches. I was extremely happy with what I paid. Its $2998 + tax from Apple. Bought this in early December.

CL - was amazing - they even agreed to bring the MBP to my office.

What does eBay completed listings show as sold prices?

I'm jealous. I've been scouring CL for weeks and have seen nothing that's that good.

I'd believe it. That same Mac retails brand new for $2199 without AppleCare. Used and with AppleCare, even with a few small scratches, that's an extremely fair asking price.
