[iPad Mini] iPad Mini Stock in Europe? ~ London / Madrid

Hello guys! I'm from South America and next month (February) I was planning to travel to Europe and visit countries like UK (London) and Spain (Madrid)... The thing is that I want to buy an iPad Mini in Europe, but I've been reading that they're out of stock, at least in Spain, is that correct? But I don't know if they have stock in London by now (for the iPad Mini 16 gb WiFi, Black or White). Do you guys know if next month they will restock the iPad Mini? Thanks a lot!

Hey, I need to know the same stuff because I live in Chile and I'd be in Europe in a couple of weeks, so I wanted to find out if there's any iPad Mini 16 gb Wireless stock in London in order to bring me one home. Thanks in advance.

Other question: Is it better to buy the product in the Apple Store, or maybe at any electronic store?
