iPhone 5 Amazon or Apple

Hello there,

I'm interested in purchasing the iPhone 5 but not entirely sure where to buy it from, it's cheaper from a Third Party Seller on Amazon so I was thinking perhaps I should buy it from there, but there's always a risk with these things...

Or I pay the full price from the Apple store.

What have your experiences been with Amazon third party sellers and if you need refunds and such...?

I prefer the peace of mind and so I buy from the physical Apple Store.

A simple answer? Always buy from Apple.

Apple are so much easier to deal with for returns and problems than Amazon.

It's just that I'm a little tight on money but I'm sure I can fork out for the premium of having Apples service.
