Somebody in OMB has an excellent sense of humor. Who knew?

It always makes my day when a spokesperson (doesn't matter if it's government, corporation, NGO, military, whatever) shows a light touch that's actually responsive to whatever the query is.

It's easy to forget that there are real people out there in the generic offices and that some of them are clever.
